I took my car here for some repairs and an alignment. They did not do the alignment correctly, told me to "take it to the dealer to have the computer reset." Took it to the dealer, not a damn thing is wrong with the computer, they just never aligned it. Called them up to give them a chance to fix it, they told me I would have to pay for an alignment AGAIN even though they never did it correctly in the first place! They charged me $104.93+tax for absolutely nothing!

While on vacation we had AC problems. Jason took great care of us. He ordered parts even before we had made a final decision as to what we were going to do. You bent over backwards to accommodate us and get us back on the road. You did not take advantage of us even though we were in a tight spot, and repair costs were very reasonable.
